Trillium Ridge is a not-for-profit corporation. Our focus and direction is returning Brownfield’s and Waterfront wastelands into healthy, vibrant communities that are balanced in design and are based upon an on-going sustainable strategy.
Trillium Ridge collaborates closely with the communities and Government agencies to develop designs that incorporate the surrounding districts so each is enhanced by the new creation and benefits are definite and truly measurable.
Our concentration is on contaminated properties that make up cities, Town Waterfronts and waterways to create an exciting challenge for Trillium Ridge Professional Designers. The first challenge being environmental and then to rebuild an energetic community that restores these water courses into attractive livable and sustainable communities.
Trillium Ridge works closely with civic groups, not-for-profit and for-profit corporations, commissions, developers, environmental organizations, University bodies and Government agencies to find the will and the business investments to meet the challenges of rejuvenating properties. The aim is that these rejuvenated properties will have a new place in society as Cities, while the Town recaptures these valuable assets which become the inspiration for families, businesses and attractions to visitors far and near.
